First, I would like to apologize to everyone. I have been silent on here for a while. I havent posted in over a week and it was because I needed some self care. I started a YouTube channel about six months ago and it has taken a lot of time. I have learned a lot in that time frame and the biggest is that I prefer words as my medium and not video. I will be getting my head and heart in place and returning to my blog very soon. So please bear with me.

Each of you have been important to me and knowing that my words are reaching someone and making some kind of impact is what kept me going. I need to get back to that and start giving you the content that you expect from me. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
